How to Fix Comments section and Remove Comments on Attachment File Page

    Hello.

    There isn’t a “Quick Edit” link to Media files, where I usually go to unclick the Allow Comments option.

    Is there a way to remove the “Leave a Reply” on my Attachment File pages?

    Here is a link to an attachment page on my site:

    I am also wondering, for the comments “Leave a Reply” section, how to fix it so the Comment box is smaller, and the “You may you use HTML tags and attributes” to be a smaller font size or completely removed? (This is for my other posts)
