how to embed plugin in a template

    Hi all,

    I am making a contact us page which need a contact form.I have found some plugins and they meet my need.The problem is that I want to use the contact form ONLY in the contact page.So i rather making a contact us template than using a plugin for It will slow down my site.

    Too I have found some template php but they Separate the form from the post.
    Can I include the plugin function to my template file and I can still use the shortcode “[contact form]” so I can put the form in my post everywhere I want.

    I hope you have got what I say.sorry for my poor English.
