Support » Plugin: Register Plus Redux » Send Admin Email after User Email Verification

  • I’m not sure if this is a bug or if this option just doesn’t exist.

I assume the administrator would get a confirmation email AFTER a user verifies their email address. However an email is being sent to the admin email notifying them a new user has registered.

I think it would make more sense that the admin gets the notification to moderate the new user account after the user clicks the verification link in their email.

My confusion is the wording “Send administrator an email after a new user is verified”. I took this as sending the admin an email after the user is verified, but it seems to mean, send the admin a email when the admin confirms the account. This makes no sense.

Fair point. That is a bit confusing and garbled. I’ll review the timing of emails for the next release.

Thanks that would be great. With the amount of registrations I get it would be more efficient to know when they are verified rather than when they registered.

Cool I’d love this as well. Figured that option would make it so I would only be notified after they’ve verified their email.
