Randomize Slides in Slider Feature is not working

I checked the box for “Randomize Slides in Slider” but does not appear to be working because the first slide shows every time. The testimonials are in my primary sidebar. FYI, I am working on a WordPress Multisite website and the link to the website is below. Thanks in advance for any help.
