    You can use widget for any sidebar area or any widget position but the template code is not ready for it, hope i will provide that within short time.

    Plugin Author:

    Change all occurrences of attribute_escape to esc_attr in your php code. attribute_escape is deprecated. It’s a one-to-one replace.
    Also, while you are at it you might change your instantiation method from NewstickerWidget to __construct .

    Good package, though. Works fine.
