Latest version .982 not working for me | WordPress.org

I’ve installed the latest version (.982). I’ve entered my amazon security creds, and it can see the existing videos in the bucket, but the Preview link just pulls up a new window with the player, but won’t play anything. The Get Shortlink link only adds a # to the url and does nothing. Same thing with Get Embed Code link, it simply adds a # to the end of the url.

Any thoughts on how to correct? I’ve deleted the plugin and re-installed, but the same problem occurs. I saw someone with an older post had the same issues and it was said this would be corrected in .982. That does not seem to be the case for me.

Hi Souce, Look at this link: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-admin-s3-video-console-doesnt-work. Your answer is in there in one of my posts. The author fixed some of the issues, but did not include all the fixes I mentioned there for some reason.

Thanks scriptmonkey78. I saw that, but was still leary since it was supposed to be fixed in the latest version and wasn’t.

I ended up moving on and using this plugin instead: http://wordpress.org/plugins/secure-html5-video-player/

Works great and lets me serve my vids from my S3 account, which is what I wanted.
