Images disappearing in Category view

    Images in my posts display normally but they are not displayed if the post is viewed by clicking on a category in the sidebar. Only text is displayed. Is this a bug in WordPress? Does anyone know a way around it? Many thanks – and apologies if the question has been answered already, but I can’t find it.

    Yes, it has been answered approx. 2,000 times 🙂

    No, it is not. It is a theme-specific issue: depending on what Template_Tags are used in the archive.php of your theme.
    On the page I linked to, read about the_content and the_excerpt; then edit your template file(s) accordingly.
