Linking to URLs from Galleries?

Recently, Flickr has improved the way they show images in sets. So what I want to do is have someone click on an image in a gallery and go to the Flickr site. I’ve read a lot and downloaded on plugin but could not make it work.

So,
My main site is http://www.deanlautermilch.com
This is the test page – http://deanlautermilch.com/test-page/
For example, the one on the top row in blue workout clothes, I want to be able to click her image and have it go to her Flickr set – http://www.flickr.com/photos/lautermilch/sets/72157634528064414/

I tried adding the above URL to the image in media manager but that did not do it. Is there an easy way to do this?
