Stylesheet not loading on new pages with custom theme

I have a WP custom theme on glassgenesis.com. I have a working copy on another site (republicofmissouri.com) and transferred the theme successfully. The main page loads the style, but when I add a new page it doesn’t style it correctly. Can anyone help?

Doesn’t seem to be loading on your site at all for me – the file path does’t work:

http://glassgenesis.com/wp-content/themes/glass%20genesis/style.css

Should there be a space between glass and genesis ?

I don’t know if I can have the space there…hmm. It was working like that on my other site…

The css file is in that directory. Let me try changing the name.

Changed the name. Maybe godaddy is just the crappiest host on the face of the planet. It seems to be turning off the css randomly when I just refresh the page…

I’ve reinstalled wordpress and even put up the theme on another site here but glassgenesis.com still wont load the stylesheet. And the stylesheet is in the correct directory with information, but when I try to get there externally it looks like the CSS file is empty: http://glassgenesis.com/wp-content/themes/glassgenesis/style.css …

Is that file in the right format? See:

I believe so now. It was unicode-8 so I opened in texteditor and changed to ASCII lossyless. Still no luck.

Are the file permissions okay?

I believe so, the permissions for myself are read and write. For everyone else it is “read only”.

I also uploaded the stylesheet from the 2011 theme and it didn’t work. That makes me think maybe its something in my header stylesheet call.
