Error when activated with Ozh' Menu plugin

When this plugin is activated as well as Ozh’ Admin Menu, there is a 404 error on http://my-site/wp-admin/div

The plugins work independently, but not when both activated. This was done with all other plugins disabled, and has been confirmed by two other members in this thread
