Unwanted & untraceable link

Somehow two words – which I use often as a pair on posts and pages – have transformed themselves into a link to one specific post.

As seen elsewhere here an un-closed tag bracket cannot be found.

Is there some other way these two words could have become a link wherever they occur as a pair?
