Administors not in Author Drop Down on Post Edit Page

    We updated to the latest version of User Role Editor (4.1) and users with “Editor” credentials are no longer able to change the author name in the drop down on each post to someone with administrative credentials. In other words, Administrators are excluded from the drop down menu of Authors on the post admin screen. Anyone with lower credentials still shows in dropdown.

    If you have administrative credentials, it works, but it does not work for anyone else.

    Previously, this worked fine. Please advise.

    Thanks a lot for your help. Yes, I confirm that I missed a piece of code related to the subject during code refactoring from version 3.x to version 4. The issue will be fixed with the next update.
