  • Are you getting an error message after signing up? You may need to turn on debug messages in Settings > Sign-up Sheets and then try a test sign-up. That should provide some further information.

    If you upgraded from Lite to Pro, you may be experiencing a bug and the solution is posted here… https://www.dlssoftwarestudios.com/forums/topic/confirmation-email-bcc-not-sending/

    If that does not solve your issue, please let us know what error message you get when signing up after you turn on debug messages.

    I have the same problem … no confirmation mails.

    In settings > Sign-up Sheets I can change the “Subject”, the “From Email address” and “Display detailed errors: (It is recommended to leave this un-checked for production sites) “.

    I didn’t get an error message when I tested – just the “Thank you for your sign-up” … or what ever it says.

    I haven’t upgraded as I’m a new user and wanted to try out the plugin before I maybe upgrades.

    Can you try deactivating and then reactivating the plugin and let us know if you are still having this issue?

    Are you able to test if your WordPress install sends other emails such as when you do a password reset or when a new user registers or any other general system email?

    Thank you very much – deactivating and reactivating did the trick.

    Just found out … it doesn’t sendto @hotmail.com and @live.dk emails … why is that?
