Looking for plugin to pop up a lightbox on a mouseover

I am looking for a way to have a few thumbnails on a page (could be a widget area) that will pop up to a larger image as a lightbox effect when the user mouses over or hovers over the thumbnails.

Ideally I’d love to have one of the lightboxes contain a video.
