  • Same problem !

Pluggin has been installed correctly and created a new contact form. Also added the form to a page using the short code generated.

For test I submitted the form with all the fields filled with data. Received the SENT message on the page, but I haven’t received any email yet. ( i checked with yahoo mail box and also gmail mail box )

    Please help.

    Thanks.

Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can delay or stop emails on both the sending and receiving ends of a typical email. It depends entirely on your local configuration.

You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.

See Contact Form 7 Email Issues.

Thanks but I’ve checked everything, I’ve several websites using Contact Form 7 + WordPress.
The only difference between them are the templates and the wordpress version. Contact form 7 v3.4.1 works with Worpress v3.5.1 but no with WordPress v3.5.2. This is the only difference I can see cause my websites are using the exactly same host and configuration.
I’ve already contact my hosting compagny but I guess they will answer that this issue doesn’t come from them.

    Hi,

As I said, I’ve set my registar_globals with on through my host. I’ve done several tests. At the beggining I didn’t received all sent mails but now it takes 5 min to receive them but it seems to work fine. I’ll made a few more test during today to check if it’s ok. I’ll let you know if it’s stable.

Been having the same issue. Was working fine with my two forms up till around July 1st. Tested the email boxes and they work fine. Tried creating new forms, no luck.

    Hello mates !

I was trying out almost every contact form available, but was on a xamp local sever.

Just now I uploaded the wordpress into web and tried.

    And it worked !

    Thanks,
    Dileesha.

Does this plugin or wordpress limit how many emails can be sent from the plugin to a specific address? Researching and testing some things out, it seems to be related to the specific email address I’ve been using. Changing the address to something different resumes sending but using the previous one, I’m not receiving them.

I’ve also tested out the receiving email by sending one through regular methods and it’s showing up fine.

    @meboxdileesha

This is a common mistake made by many people. Seems that people often don’t realise that most local xampp installations can’t send an email.

RE: Does this plugin or wordpress limit how many emails can be sent from the plugin to a specific address

No but sending emails successfully may be depend on the specific email address you use, depending on how mail is setup on your particular WordPress installation.

This issue is covered in detail in the Contact Form 7 Email Issues I suggested previously.

RE: I’ve set my registar_globals with on through my host

I can’t see this having any influence on your emailing issues. It is also extremely poor practice which opens your site to a host of security vulnerabilities – see http://php.net/manual/en/security.globals.php
