Hi Alex. Any chance you’re using a caching plugin? Like WP Super Cache? If so, try disabling that, then re-save your permalink structure, then force refresh and see if it fixes the error.

…let me know how you go

hi meave, as far as I know 😉 i don’t have any caching plugin running….

I recently developed a site using your plug-in as well. After launch I am noticing that the breadcrumbs and the top level All Products category lead to 404 not found. These links worked in develoment. I can see the link is still pointing to the development environment which is not longer there, but updating permalinks has not helped. I am not using any caching plug-ins either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In your case it sounds like the links are still pointing to development environment instead of new environment so you may need to run a find and replace tool to update any broken links. I recommend this one.

Hmm your problem is proving a bit more tricky! I can’t see why it’s doing this. Please can you try disabling all other plugins and reverting to the default twentytwelve theme and see if this problem still occurs? If so, then try re-activating theme, then other plugins one by one and we can try to work out exactly where the problem is coming from. Thanks

hi meave, following your suggestion i found out that a plugin for multilanguage sites was causing the error of your catalogue. i have contacted the developer and he quickly reacted and solved the problem with a new version of his plugin. so for me the topic is resolved 😉 and I can go on using your catalogue which perfectly feeds my needs. thank you again 😉
