Redirect to new page after clicking "submit"

After the visitor fills out “name” and “email address” and clicks on “submit”, I would like to re-direct them to a new page (which has information or a download link)

How do I do this, or is there a work-around.

As a financial contributor to this fine plug-in, thank you in advance for any advice.
