 * What happend to the information on user levels for 1.5? I manag a cople of blogs
   for people and they do not want to upgrade, and I need a user level reference.
   Can anyone help out?

 * I use the MonoBook skin in Codex, and search for ‘user levels’ returned the [User_Levels](http://codex.wordpress.org/User_Levels)
   article first.
