Local Mirroring???

    I am a newbie.
    I created an onine blog on wordpress.
    http://meetarnav.wordpress.com

    AFTER creating the blog I installed WordPress (latest version with bug fixes) onto my desktop using XAMPP lite.

    When I logged in using local host the wordpress installation on my HDD was a completely new one. I want to MIRROR my online blog onto my HDD installation so that I can continue working on it. Please tell me how to do it. Or do i have to start from scratch ???????????

    Check out the WordPress export/import features (under Manage).

    Thank you for ur reply.
    Also please note taht I am trying to instal a plugin.

    i have copied the plugin onto my HDD plugins folder. I have activated it using plugins tab in admin.

    how to reflect these changes online… pleae help…

    Not sure of your last question. If you’re asking how to install a plugin on your wordpress.COM blog, you cannot. They do not offer that feature.
