FTP credentials don't allow to copy to file D:\Hosting\XXXXXXX\html/wp-content/

    I keep getting this error when trying to install a plugin. It also comes with this error message

    W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.
    Please execute commands manually
    or use FTP form to allow W3 Total Cache make it automatically.

    What can I do to fix this. I am brand new with WP so I need the beginner level answer.
