    when I deactivate this plugin this issue is resoled. what is the problem?

    There is a permission settings in the plugin, so you can block various user roles to block access in the admin panel. Try changing those settings.

    Thank you for reply. I use Version 1.2.3 and I can not find permission settings, would you please tell me where is this setting exactly?!

    I think that what you are looking for is in “Admin area access” is the fourth option in the main tab.

    General Options -> Admin area access -> (choose your option)
