Theme only showing up to specific point

    I have been working on a site on a local testbed and just moved it over to a live server to view, however it seems to be completely broken. CSS is all off and also when logged in, all i get is the background image.

    The site is at http://www.the-confederation.com and I have created a dummy account so those interested in helping can see both sides, logged in and out.

    The code seems to break just after initializing “unitframe.php”
