I run a very busy site with about 800 comments made each day. I have a few words in the comments filter on the Discussion settings page both in Comment Moderation and in Comment Blacklist plus only comments from logged in members are accepted – and I’ve had it that way for years – but earlier today, all of a sudden and without me changing anything, all comments made are going into moderation with blacklist not working at all. So comments which contain words that should be blacklisted are not, but they are still held for moderation as absolutely ever comment now go into the moderation cue.
I have changed absolutely nothing and have confirmed with my server techs that they had not messed with server either. I resaved settings on the Discussion page which appear to be correct but it had no effect. Every single comment goes into moderation and I don’t understand why. Can anyone help what I should do to fix it so it works like it has for years?
