Auto permanent block 'attempted failed login using an invalid username' ?

I would like to automatticly PERMANENTLY block any ‘user’ that attempted a failed login using an invalid username. Is this possible?

It would be cool too, when I could block all ‘attempted failed login using an invalid username’ at once, under the login & logouts section. It gets up to 250 a day sometimes! Not to handy to do that manually one by one (because the screen has to reload every time.
