File could not be saved.

    This is a very good download plugin. But am having one big difficulty getting this to work. I have it setup, and i have added a couple of downloads and added the downloads to some pages.
    The problem is that when i click on the download button, it does not work or download. It opens the download window but a second window opens saying mp3.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read
    I tried with firefox and chrome.
    I am using the latest wordpress. 3.5.2
    Any help will be appreciated
