Chat guest username visibility?

    Hi there,

    I am sorry but at this moment, it’s not possible to pass variables like name, email and question to the chat window. I will check with the devteam to see if this is feasible to be implemented.

    Hi,

    Is there an update on this? I’d love to be able to pass registered user name and email address. It would make my life much easier as some customers don’t specify correct email address when initiating Casengo session so I can’t respond to them via email.

    We are working on it right now. Hopefully it will be included in the next deploy.

    Any update on this? Looking for a live chat app that will automatically populate a users information if they are logged in.
