Where is the smilie vars located?

I edited that to the person’s smilie stuff.. but it doesn’t work.. and when I click on “Write” it’s all the default smilie stuff. But it doesn’t work cause i delete the default smilies so it just comes up like 😐 etc even though there is no neutral thing there?
