    Can you post a link to your site so we can see?

    Chances are that your theme or another plugin uses the same CSS classes that the Pop Up plugin uses and it is conflicting. If you post a link we can confirm this and suggest a workaround.

    I have decided to use a different pop up plugin, but thanks for your help anyway. I just couldn’t get it to work properly.
