WordPress BUG – deleting iFrame and Form tags at runtime?

Question, over the past couple months I’ve been noticing Forms and iFrame tag content randomly being deleted from our WordPress site pages when no changes are even being made, in other words the deletion is happening at runtime. The tag content just randomly disappears and I have to reload some of the pages from the backup. I noticed that sometimes the WP editor will do this when switching between the html and visual mode when editing, but this should not happen when no one is editing the site at runtime. The tags will be there for a few days then disappear randomly. I’ve heard that WordPress 3.5.1 had a bug that was causing this problem, well 3.5.2 must have the same bug because it does the same thing. Does anyone have any information on how to fix this bug until WP does…
