killing FQDN

just set up another WP blog, all went pretty well, until I moved it from test.domain.com to domain.com.

Now, all links, all images uploaded etc, still point to http://test.domain.com

Is there any way to make these default paths not have the http://test.domain.com on them? For example, an image src could just be /path/to/images/foo.jpg

Then I can move my blog anywhere, and it will work just fine. it also provides a lot more options in the even I need to load balance images and other heavy hitting aspects of a blog.
