FB & Twitter Counters doesn't work

hope you are doing well.

Your Plugin is good, but on my site it’s stuck with counter issues..
my site is gogetready.net, please check FB & Twitter counter, as well as see G+, it take almost 3 minutes to gets counts.

my need is limited to three social media only, as you see on it.
