    So, my Rackspace Cloud Files CDN stopped working a day or two ago, suddenly throwing a “Container not found” error. If this happened to you too, it’s probably because of some recent network updates at Rackspace, and you should contact Rackspace support to have it fixed.

    I was also told that this would not have occurred if W3TC was updated to use the latest Rackspace API endpoint locations, so I am submitting a request about this via the Support section of the plugin now. Just wanted to post this in case any other Rackspace customers were having the same problem.

  • Did Rackspace tell you what they did to fix it? I am seeing the same issue and when talking to Rackspace support, they said no changes had been made on their side so there was nothing they could do.
