    Hi MattFord,

That definitely isn’t right. Let’s start with a few questions:
    – What version of BD?
    – What version of WP?
    – Have you checked for a plugin/theme conflict? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

Has anything changed recently on your site? Upgrades of any plugins? Themes? New installs? Web host upgrades?

    BP Version 3.0.2
    WP Version 3.5.1

I have checked and doesn’t seem to be any plugin or theme conflicts – although I have just updated the ‘Simple Catch’ theme I use and ‘Store Locator Plus plugins recently.

I cannot think of anything else that has changed of any note.

So if you deactivate Store Locator and change to TwentyTwelve and then try the steps on your first post, it still happens?

Yeah I’ve done that and same thing happened, I then went back to my old theme and reactivated my plugin – it worked for a while but then reset again. Any ideas?

I think to make further progress, we would need admin credentials from you.

With that said, we’re about to release a new version. Would you like to try it first? (It’s releasing early next week) Contact me here either way: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/

If you want to go the first (admin) route, we’re going to need to upgrade it first anyway.
