If the free version make crash our sites, then it is not worth it to buy the PRO version.

Thanks for the update, my site is not crashing anymore. But the rating is not working, I tried clicking a heart, but the percentage doesn’t go up.

In 99% of that cases it’s a Javascript problem. Can you post an URL where you actually use the plugin so that I can check what’s wrong?

I’ve check your page and your website throws a hell of a lot JavaScript errors. Please contact your webmaster to solve this issues first and before using the plugin. (@see http://imageshack.us/f/819/ojlj.png/)
The problem is that other JavaScripts will not work if only one throws an error. In fact: other functions (or plugins) on your website can also be affected.

can you please tell me more about your issue? I’ve visited the URL that you’ve mentioned in an earlier post and rated one of your articles. The plugin seemed to work fine on the frontend.
What version of WordPress are you using? What browser in what version?
