Alphabetic Products

I see this question was asked before, but the answer doesn’t appear to be public. How does one alphabetize their product catalog? I imagine it has something to do with the Loop feature, as the previous poster mentioned, but setting the Order Type to Title for Products doesn’t seem to change anything for my catalogue. What else should I be doing?
