Can this be used for independent fundraisers or for only ONE campaign

I am trying to make a website that has stories submitted by journalists and they get to pitch a donation for their reporting.

The donors donate through Paypal and we need a plugin that shows a progress of how much has been funded for each article.

Can this be used ??
