  • Changing terms of 1 global attribute is changing the terms for another Global attribute

Hello we have a store with 2 main attributes that create product variations.
The 2 attributes are Book wallets width and then Special Book Wallets width.
Both Attributes use similar terms, around 100 of them are identical.
When we change the terms names for Book wallet attributes, they also change the terms names for the Special Book Wallets.
Is this because the term slugs are the same?
If so does this mean that terms for any attributes cannot have identical slugs?
If so it would be handy if the system had noticed this and appended a number 2 or something to make every term unique when we were inputting them manually? Or even a note about this in the docs would have helped?
    please could you confirm?
    Thanks..
