In need of a flexible donation form.

    I am in need of a donation form that either A) Follows FEC regulations, or B) Allows me to add/remove fields at will. Ultimately, it must connect and work with the standard PayPal API. Storing donation records in the Dashboard with various export/import options is also a must.

    I’d prefer a free plugin, but anything under $30 is all right. Any suggestions?
