You may be mistaking WordPress.ORG with WordPress.COM as .ORG doesn’t have anything to do with domain purchases or registrations.
Try posting at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/support instead.
This forum here is for self-hosted WordPress.ORG software installations.
This link explains the differences.

My blog is self hosted, by Blue Host. What do I have to do????? But my site domain is always updated by wordpress.
I’ve usted wordpress.org for my site for a whole year.
I’ve included below is what appears on my wordpress.com dashboard. I can’t access my wordpress.org dashboard because it’s suspended. It says that I have to contact my server registar to get the nameservers changed. The registrar says that WordPress has to do this. I honestly don’t know what I am supposed to do. Can someone please help!
We just need to setup travelpumps.com with WordPress.com
We’ve completed the technical setup on our servers to successfully map your domain travelpumps.com to your WordPress.com blog. Now you have to edit the name servers at your registrar to point to us.
How to Change Your Name Servers
You can usually change your name servers at your domain registrar’s website, but the process is different for each registrar.
Please visit your registrar’s website or contact their support team for instructions on how to update your name servers.
Currently the nameservers for this domain are:
NS1.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM
NS2.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM
Using the DNS tools provided by your domain registrar, remove any existing nameservers and add the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
It says right here that my domain was registered by Matt from Wordress:
Registered through: Automattic
Domain Name: TRAVELPUMPS.COM
Created on: 26-Mar-12
Expires on: 26-Mar-14
Last Updated on: 05-Feb-13
