Fatal Error Activating Plugin

    I’ve been using this plugin to backup my database for a couple of years. Today I noticed that the plugin was only backing 20kb of a 31mb database. I deactivated the plugin. When I went to reactivate it, I received the following error:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function has_cap() on a non-object in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager/wp-dbmanager.php on line 356

    The plugin will not restart.
