I can not generate the Sitemap

Hello I have been using for quite some time the plugin Google XML Sitemaps 3.2.9, on my site and never have any problems. Now I’m using for my new site was working normally at the beginning but after a while that I customize my site, I realized that did not generate the sitemap, so I tried it with another plugin and got the same error.
Also I Realized That I have the same error even for my rss feeds.

I read that it could be due to a vacuum line before or after the tag of a page in php, so I tried to find this blank line but without success.
