Stray photo appearing on product pages

I am using Boutique with WP e-Commerce installed.

On my products page a picture is appearing above the thumbnails I don’t want to be there. I have been through the settings over and over and feel like I’ve changed everything. I realise I’m missing something obvious, but would appreciate being guided to the right setting please?
