Backing up entire site, not just WP | WordPress.org

Hi, I just moved my wordpress from a subdirectory to the root. Backup is backing up the entire website, not just the wordpress files. Is this to be expected?

Unfortunately there are many many files in the main site that have nothing to do with wordpress so backup is taking 12 times longer than usual.

Hi megoscott,

The plugin will backup everything in the WordPress folder. If you need to exclude items you can do so from General Settings. Just type the folder name to exclude.
