Transactions no longer working – not showing up, payment not taken!! Help!

    Since the last transaction that came through on May 21st I’ve had two customers say that they’ve placed an order, which has never shown up and payment had not been taken.

    I tested the system tonight and placed an order, which looked as though it had gone through – but didn’t. It didn’t appear on my sales list, no transaction went through Paypal.

    I checked that I had the correct API details for Paypal and I do – so please help? What is happening? Is this a problem at your end or Paypals?
