    Is that a plugin? Which one? On the plugin’s page, click the “support” tab and scroll down to make a post on the plugins forum.

    I can see from your site’s source that the widget itself is working, but the toggle menu is not.

    The toggle menu is working on the demo site at http://spun-demo.calobeedoodles.com/, which suggests something in your site’s configuration is interfering with the script that powers the menu.

    Ensure that you’re running the most updated version of the theme, then try deactivating any plugins to rule out a conflict.
