first of all thank you for trying visualCaptcha for wordpress and Thank you for you contact.
From previous experiences, I can tell you with 95% certainty that the problem is with the custom template that you are using on your site. 🙂
By default BuddyPress overwrites the default wordpress templates, and by doing so, it will brake every plugin that uses or rely on the wordpress standard hooks/positions/templates.
