Enhancement: Add filter for $subject in send_notification_email

I have WPUN running on a few sites. I would like to prefix the WPUN email subjects with text to help me quickly identify the site in question.

Maybe something as simple as:
$subject = apply_filters('sc_wpun_plugins_email_subject',$subject);
