WP admin showing blank page

I just installed a new website on my host, hostgator. I insalled wordpress and assigned the domain name. The website shows up just fine, but when I try to go to wp-admin, it just shows a blank page and doesn’t evena allow me to log in.

I have searched for this issue and have tried EVERYTHING! Nothing is working! I’ve tried deleting extra spaces in functions files, index files, renaming plugins and theme files, I even changed the phpmyadmin information, but NOTHING works. This has never happened for the other five or so sites that I have on the exact same hosting account. Can someone PLEASE help me understand where the issue is?!?

I have tried uploading version 3.5.1 AND 3.4 (just a random earlier version I had downloaded on my computer.)
