How do I add custom text to pass word protected page?

You could redirect users who are not logged in already to a custom page…

functions.php:

add_action('template_redirect','my_prot_post_redirect');function my_prot_post_redirect(){if ((is_single(id)) && !is_user_logged_in() ) { wp_redirect( 'http://mysite.com/custompage' ); die(); }}

id=post id

custompage=page slug

You can use multiple id’s in the string….

This could be expanded on to grab a list of posts that are protected…so one function for all prot. posts.
