integrate with JJ NextGen JQuery Slider?

Can I integrate the lightbox plus colorbox plugin with the JJ NextGen JQuery Slider plugin? I am trying to create the effect in which clicking on any of the images in the NextGen jQuery Slider opens a lightbox which has a video playing inside of it. Can this be achieved somehow? Thanks.
